Ed Smith is a retired tobacco farmer from South Hill, VA. For ten years the Smiths have used their family recipe to make fresh, 72% lean sausage every week in their own facility. The Smiths of Mecklenburg team travel to northern Virginia to several different farmers markets to sell their favorite family recipes and favorite food.
