Ed & Ellen Smith
Ed Smith is a retired tobacco farmer from South Hill, VA. Over the last six years the Smiths have used their family recipe to make fresh, 72% lean sausage every week in their own facility. Ed and his wife, Ellen, travel to northern Virginia to several different farmers market to sell their favorite family recipes and favorite food.
